Dean Saling has worked in the mental health field for 32 years. He began his career working at a psychiatric hospital while studying Clinical Social Work at Murray State University. He obtained his Masters degree at the University of Louisville, Kent School of Social Work. He gradually transitioned into private practice and eventually into clinical and hospital administration. Over the years, Mr. Saling has worked in a variety of key roles including: Chief Executive Officer; Chief Operating Officer; Regional Manager Research and Development; Clinical Director; Marketing Director; and Outpatient Services Director.
